Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q. Are ALL of your hydroponic systems completely stealth?
A. Yes. Every single hydroponic system we have in our catalog has been tested to be stealth. This includes odor, noise, heat, and electricity usage. If any of our systems fail to be stealth in any way, we will remove it permanantly from our catalog.
Q. How about shipping? Will the item arrive concealed?
A. Yes. The grow box will arrive completely concealed and look like a piece of furniture is being delivered. There is nothing to indicate what you ordered on the delivery paperwork handled by the shipping company. Also, all of your order information is kept in privacy on our end during and after the purchase.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Depending on the grow box ordered, shipping will take anywhere from 2.5 - 6 weeks. We have to build, process and ship each grow box upon order. Your grow box will arrive fresh and brand new from the factory.

Q. I have never used a grow box before. Is it complicated? Does it come with instructions?
| A. Grow boxes are a lot easier to use than one might think. Most of it is fully automated. This means, all you really have to do is set it up and check back on it once a week. We also provide an instructional DVD and a free tech support number to get you started. You can speak to our tech support team for as long as you like. Once you set it up the first time, it will be very easy the 2nd time around. |
